Sir,   

          We, are the student of your collage, we beg most respectfully to state that we have a common room in our collage but it is not well furnished. We cannot enjoy our off period because we don’t have enough indoor sports materials such as carom, chess, table tennis etc. So we have needed a common room in our collage. Our collage have all facilities but we cannot have a common so sir we are request to you please make us a common room when we are free and we got a off period we spend with in .

          ଆମେ, ତୁମର କୋଲାଜର ଛାତ୍ର, ଆମେ ଅତି ସମ୍ମାନର ସହ ଅନୁରୋଧ କରୁଛୁ ଯେ ଆମର କୋଲାଜରେ ଆମର ଏକ ସାଧାରଣ କୋଠରୀ ଅଛି କିନ୍ତୁ ଏହା ସୁସଜ୍ଜିତ ନୁହେଁ | ଆମେ ଆମର ଅଫ୍ ପିରିୟଡ୍ ଉପଭୋଗ କରିପାରିବୁ ନାହିଁ କାରଣ ଆମର ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାପ୍ତ ଇନଡୋର କ୍ରୀଡା ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ନାହିଁ ଯେପରିକି କାରୋମ୍, ଚେସ୍, ଟେବୁଲ୍ ଟେନିସ୍ ଇତ୍ୟାଦି | ତେଣୁ ଆମ କୋଲାଜରେ ଏକ ସାଧାରଣ କୋଠରୀ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ | ଆମର କୋଲାଜରେ ସମସ୍ତ ସୁବିଧା ଅଛି କିନ୍ତୁ ଆମର ଏକ ସାଧାରଣ ହୋଇପାରିବ ନାହିଁ ତେଣୁ ସାର୍ ଆମେ ଆପଣଙ୍କୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ କରୁଛୁ ଦୟାକରି ଆମକୁ ଏକ ସାଧାରଣ କୋଠରୀ କର ଆମେ ମୁକ୍ତ ଏବଂ ଆମେ ଏକ ଛୁଟି ଅବଧି ପାଇଥାଉ ଯେଉଁଥିରେ ଆମେ ବିତାଇଥାଉ |
